Man. It has been a long time since I really felt like blogging. Blogging is weird sometimes. I finds myself being VERY busy and not having the time nor energy to blog thoroughly, so i end up forfeiting an entry, when i could have easily whipped up a couple paragraphs describing whats going on. I [...]

The other weekend, Charlie and I, flew to the University of Arizona to speak at their Thinking Forward Leadership and Innovation in Marketing Conference. It was a cool experience. The people who were involved with the Conference are rather intelligent and they really blew my mind in regards to their thoughts on Threadless/social media/Internet communities. [...]

I am finally recovered from my flash travel/party tour. Being shuttled around the country going to parties is a rough life - let me tell you. It was awesome. I met some great people and saw some really cool stuff. It was really cool how much overlap occurred between the boulder crowd and SXSW.
Startup people [...]

This weekend I went and volunteered for the Obama Campaign. It was a great experience. I showed up at 12pm and stayed until around 5. I was surrounded by great people who all believed in Obama and his movement. Quite inspiring.
I worked on validating submitted volunteer information. it was tedious work. I went through about [...]

My brother has been making these awesome little monsters out of socks for a little while. They are pretty cool and quite cute. I recently noticed that his etsy site was somehow a bit incomplete - so i thought about what made some of the other creature makers creatures successful. I decided that key was [...]

The dataportability.org data portability group is pretty awesome. It has a boatload of pretty cool people who are talking about amazing stuff. I have done what i always do whenever i find a movement that i appreciate and subscribed to all of the participants blogs. Good [...]
This is exciting. Obama is the first candidate I have ever donated money too. Hopefully this will enable his campaign to get enough traction to win on a national level. Hopefully it is Obama and Huckabee against each other. Because then we either get Obama - who is pretty awesome, or Huckabee who is an [...]
This weekend, my family is going to Japan to hang out with Hiromi’s friends and family. It should be absolutely madness. I am very excited.
I like not having to deal with Jesus during the holidays. Its nice to be able to supplant tradition with something new and totally different. Like going to Japan.
The plan thus [...]

Man. This really gets my goat.
I have always had an interest in accessibility of technology by people who are differently abled, but i usually concentrated on seniors and children. It never occurred to me the challenges that a deaf person would have interacting with mobile phones and all that (I mean - i was aware [...]
