They use Rackspace to host all their boxes but keep it at a shared hosting level. It's nice because we don't need anything on the level of Mosso or MT, just a good shared solution. Though since they use Rackspace it seems to give them the opportunity to help with more personal site tasks. We've had them help us out with setting up WordPress when we didn't have time and other mundane. So it's a nice level of service compared to others we've been with. From a budget perspective they don't start making sense until you need multiple layers of redundancy and failover, but at that point they are cheaper than RS.
