When Jason asked to take a message for her as she is Deaf she responded "Then she dosent need a phone" I took over from there when she requested my grandmother return her call I stated she was blind and unable to call back" I was just told she was deaf"!!! At that point she told me since my Grama would not take the call she considered the call refused. Is this even legal??
