i have no idea whats going on. none I apparently broke my blog software and it isn’t allowing me to post. of this makes any sense. maybe its time.
ok I figured it out. basically the new php.ini was all “secure” and such and removed the magic quotes. so my app - which submitted my entries to a db needed to cleansed with the addslashes() function. w00t. my applications from 2001 are failing. doh.
Hi. My name is Harper. I am an engineer excited about real time, social software and the open source software movement. I am currently spending some time building interesting things and hacking for rackspace. In a previous life, I was the CTO of the awesome Threadless.
